the 保釋 fee of $1000 is a little bit high,(if you are not in big city), the amount is decide by judge, he/she may not like your wife.so your case have been turned
a little serious.

as the friend above said find a lawyer and go to DA office is a good thing, ask DA to drop the sue case.

if the case is convicted, you will have no any chance to get green card or apply cityzenship.
