該去延期護照了，but I failed many times in downloading "護照延期加注申請表（H-2）" I failed. At least 15 day ago, I tried. I failed.
Evey time, It's shown that the file is damaged and can not be repaired.

I sent email to 領事館, 沒有人理。打電話又沒有人接。
Is the file (護照延期加注申請表) bad?
