Not very serious, she was doing just fine after the accident, she claims that her should and neck are in pain as a result of this and she had a shoulder injury performed last year (1 year and half after the accident!).
She's claiming the large amount of money because of mental illness and unable to perform work. I noticed that her own insurance company is being sued together with me in this case and my understanding is her own insurance company had questioned her credibility. Furthermore, after reviewing her medical records, there is evidence that she was not a very healthy lady to begin.
