termite burial purchase after house was sold

I am the seller and sold my house 2 weeks ago. In the disclosure doc, we indicated the termite bond was transferrable. We paid the termite bond renewal contract but did not pay the expenses for new termite burial which was due last year. Could you please advice me if we are liable for purchasing termite burial after the house was sold? If pest control refuses to renew the bond, am I liable for any costs since we claim the bond is transferrrable in the disclosure form, given the fact that there are no termite activities going on the house? Thank you so very much.
