老貓和其他大佬，請教一下appeal, 上訴隻能questions of law, 不能 questions of fact?

我剛剛看了一下上訴的條文，上訴法庭隻能考慮 questions of law, will not consider questions of facts already decided by the District Division.

那上訴怎麽可能能贏？現在就是facts沒有弄清楚，對方撒謊，法官偏袒她，我要上訴就是這個fact呀，誰會questions of law? 

是不是我沒有弄清楚？
