Contractor 說要放 lien

修煙囪，Contractor先是口頭估價$1500， 後來寫了個書麵的bid如圖（地址和Contractor 的信息我截掉了），說$2880是基於兩個工人3天的labor, 加上材料費。他說$2880是最高花費，如果工作不花那麽多時間，花費應該不到 $2880。

工程大概進行了2/3的樣子，Contractor要求付錢，我迫於無奈，付了$2000.

工程結束後，我要求Contractor提供invoice itemizing labor and materials,  Contractor說他不會提供。我text他我的記錄顯示工人工作的時間遠不到兩個工人3天的labor，希望他“handle billing professionally”.

他回複“This price is not negotiable after the work is agreed on and then completed. If you choose not to pay the agreed upon price, I will be forced to put a journeyman lien on your home.“

請教各位專家：

1）看起來Contractor不準備承認他口頭說的話，他如果要放lien的話是否要提供書麵的證據？

2）在書麵上Contractor隻有附圖中的bid,  我並沒有簽字同意，這個並不能justify I agreed to pay the price as stated in the bid, 對嗎？
