簽了買房合同後不想要了怎麽辦啊？

合同裏寫著，if the information contained in the residential property disclosure statement is not satisfactory to the buyer .the buyer may terminate this agreement by delivering writter notice to the seller .但合同中又提到the buyer shall have the right .upon provding the seller with reasonable notice . to conduct a pre closing inspection of the property to ensure that the property is in the same state of repair and condition as viewed on the date of this agreement .請大家幫忙看看這2條是不是矛盾的。謝謝大家
