During renew, 我的current tenant 想簽5年的合同。She has a kid in the school district and wants to gurantee i will not kick her out before graduation. 有啥風險嗎？ 合同書寫要注意什麽？需不需要請律師看一下。多謝了. she is OK tenanant.
