need report

You need to get Police report from sheriff department ($25 and around 10 business days), then you go to the court which discharge your case to get court report. Submit ID, they would issue a report " Arrest was made but no claims filed" or something like that. Then submit these 2 reports to INS. Consultant with your lawyer.
