Thanks. Could you tell me why you say we can file 1040 jointly? I remember based page 8 of 519(effect of tax treaties), if we claim treaty benefits, we should file separately.

One more question, if we get GC this year, we are still RA of China, right? So why like you said our TREATY就不合乎要求了?
