如果你是RA就別按NRA報, 差別很大, 如果你是

NRA, 用1040NR(OR EZ)沒大區別, 因為中國來的NRA隻能按單身報, 不管你有N多個LP/LG和孩子. 另外配偶任何情況下也不是DEPENDENT.

不明白你怎麽現在報03年的稅, 如果是補報, 要用1040X.
