7. In any action for money due, if there is no agreement as to where suit may be filed, where payment is to be made.

也就是在哪裏告也可以？

我在本地出租了一個房間給原告房客，後來扣了他100多塊錢押金。房客搬走之後在新的地方（開車三個小時），告了我。
