Can a bank continue charging interest/fees after house-selling c

We signed all seling closing docs and moved out of thehouse. Then bank said they had to re-draw buyer's finance docs, and charged us after the signed closing date. This seems to me is Not difffernt from taking others' money without permission. Ideas to hold them accountable? Thanks!
