No contract between us stated late cancellation fee. He just did what ever he wanted at a bitter will. Then who pays for my loss with him being late? If he could do whatever he wanted, I could too. :) However, I will stop at this stage. It doesn't worth me waste time on this any more. All I want is not affectting my closing, I got it confirmed from the title company.
