castle doctrine 是指my home is my castle, 這個案件在哪裏都可以用castle

stand your ground 是NRA炮製的一個法律，他們為了說服他人，把stand your ground 比喻成castle doctrine when you are outside of your home,這僅僅是一個廣告詞，兩者不是一個概念
