As of March 11, 2013 we are pleased to grant you x Units pursuant to the XXX LLC Unit Plan. Your Units provide you with the opportunity to receive a percentage of the year-end retained net operating income of the Company.
In addition, if there is a sale or change of control of the Company while you are employed by the Company, your Units provide you the opportunity to receive a portion of the net proceeds received by XXX LLC in connection with such event.
