輸掉 Amall Claims Court 的 Section 8 房客 在 Hearing 上會用什麽伎倆？

我住波士頓，和Section 8 房客在 Small Claims Court 打官司，法庭判她賠我$950. 

法庭來了文件：“If the payment is not made, the parties shall return to the Boston Housing Court on Friday, August  xx at 2 pm for a hearing on the defendant's ability to pay the jusgement. the defendant must bring to court on that date a Financial Statement signed under the penalities of perjury”

覺得法庭是給此房客一個申辯沒錢就了事的機會，對嗬？

怎樣才能使房客賴不掉？
