本人綠卡待批，如何給太太辦身份

I'm waiting for my I-485 Adjust of Status approval. My H1B has already expired. I'm using EAD to work in US. I just got married and my wife is in China.

To bring my wife to US, I heard I can file "follow to join". Do you know what are the steps involved? What docs do I need to provide? Can I file before my I-485 approval?

Or is there any other better ways? My company lawyer isn't knowledgeable on this matter. If you're familiar with this kind of situation, could you give me some advice.
