Check out the website of the Attorney General's office of your state. Usually, you can file a complaint to the AG's office, which will issue a civil citation to your employer, ordering it to pay you the salary. Different state may have different laws regarding a minimum set of standards for when, how and how much employees must be paid. Good luck!
