不renew lease並要求租戶按時搬走。請教大家這樣寫怎麽樣？

最後一句中的need也可以改成 require： “The premises is required to be surrendered at the last day of the current lease agreement（5/31/2016）。 哪一個較好？

這租戶男主人動不動就說要搬到更貴的房子去住但是房租卻經常遲交。這個月遲了15天。最近二樓的廁所馬桶漏水。修了。他要我們洗樓下的地毯但是修馬桶的contractor和工人都說樓下地毯沒髒到。他也不提供任何相片說明。工人說這個人看起來有點different. 我們沒有續約的打算。
