Need help, please

My hu*****and's company starts our Green Card process. He is H-1b and I am H4. We are prepareing the documents for the first step: Labor card. The lawyer just for the documentation about my hu*****and. I have two question:1. Do I need to provide documentation about myself at this point ?
2.We plan to move to different address within one year frame, could we put my hu*****and's company address in those forms to avoid the further trouble?
