房客說她月初had major surgery，我可以給她termination notice嗎

I want to sell my condo. we only have lease at will. Can I still send her the vacate notice now?

I asked what her major surgery is. She said it is personal.

She had surgery on March 2nd. Can I ask her to move out April 30th?
