If you still want to get a new pair a glasses, I suggest you go to Sam's Club, where you get quality glasses at lower price.

Recently, I got mine there. I paid $156 including $47 for frame and $10 glass edge rolling fee. This doesn't include $39 eye exam fee. My glasses came with hi-index(thinner glasses), anti-glare, and scratch-resistance coating. My eye glass prescription is slightly heavier than yours. At edge of my glass, it's close to 1/4 inch thick while it's called "超薄".
