沒有人碰你的 first amendment right

First amendment right just means government cannot silence your speech or infringe on your religious activity. You don't have to get a green card or become a citizen.  You can speak/write/advocate communism as long as you have a visitor's visa, a working H-1 visa, or even undocumented.  You won't be arrested for your speech or association. Immigration is not a right, it's a privilege.
