I verified the crossroad (based on address provided from you privately), I can see "no turn" sign on north bound A ave, including one before and one after E st.  On south bound A Ave,  I did not see any no turn sign near E st. at all.

I am not sure how comfortable you are with technology. But here is what I would do.  

You can use cell phone camera to shoot a video footage of you walking both side of A Ave and noting the existing "no turn" sign, and the lack thereof on the other side.

Load two videos on your phone, and bring it to the court.  You probably have a chance.
