This is a lesson to all the ladies who need abortion. Again drug-induced abortion is unsafe and unreliable. Incomplete abortion, like this lady, is common. If you have to have abortion, take the D&C. You can ask general Anesthesia for this procedure. Sometime your doctor may not be able to provide GA, then they can still put you under sedation at least. Don't take the medicine, since you may end up to have D&C either way like this poor lady.
