seems your doctor followed up and treated properly. You dont have much chance to win the lawsuit, and that is why the lawyers were not interested in this case.
Drug induced abortion is not safe, and not reliable either. It is definately not the first choice for abortion. It may be illegle in some states. You must chose it instead of standard D&C.
