你的起點就是錯的。not probable  不是 “確定”，而是 “不太可能”。probable 也不是不確定，而是可能

"當 !(A > 50%) is true 的時候，不等於 !A <= 50%；  !A > 50% is true 的時候，確實 A<= 50。 所以你的推理嚴格講是錯誤的。"

我從來沒有說過 當 !(A > 50%) is true 的時候，不等於 !A <= 50% ， 請看清楚我的原文：

 

statement 1.  It is not probable that a white girl would use wechat.  means !(A > 50%), i.e. A <= 50%

statement 2.  It is probable that a white girl would not use wechat   means   !A > 50%  i.e.  A <=50%
