scoopydoo's analysis on the wrongful termination suit is quite reasonable. I have had the similar experience. My feeling is that it is generally hard to prove wrongful termination. There are some guys in HR of big companies whose job is to protect the companies from these kind of suits. If you can find more people joining your suit or have hard evidence, it will help.
However, if you feel you are treated fairly, you shall explore all your options and try to fight back, for you and for others in the similar environment.Don't get discouraged. Only by such does the society advance.
