no chinese lawyer

I just fired my chinese lawyer and hire an american one. My chinese lawyer was not working on the case but he sent me bill that said he has worked more than 10 hours on it. His goal is not to win the case, but how to exaggerate hours to get your money. He is incompetent, dishonest and unethical. I have requested a fee arbitration. after that, I will file a complaint against him before the ethics committee. Then I will file a malpractice suit against him. I have heard many similar stories before. I can't believe we have so many crooked chinese lawyers. If you think about getting a lawyer,avoid chinese. If you get burned by them, sue them,without any mercy! They really shame the whole chinese. don't let them go easily
