follow up report about my car accident.

My son hit a car's door.  Son said driver suddenly opened the door.  Now my insurance said it is 80% the driver's fault.  20% of my son's fault, because the driver said that the door had opened about 1-2min before it was hit and it should have enough time for my son to change lane.  But anyway, it will count as NO fault in California if it is less than 50%. 

Forgot to ask if they will increase my insurance or not.  :(
