i have a friend who successfully did it, the immigration office may choose to act fast in order to dismiss the case, it may be more economic to them. But a good lawyer is needed, many lawyers don't even think it is possible. filing a suit will probably cost 1000-3000. but only the experienced lawyer would dare to try.
