Security deposit

This is the original sentence:
This lease contract will automatically renew momth-to-month unless either party gives at least 45 days written notice of termination or intent to move-out as required by paragraph 37.

謝謝回複，我給她通知時，她並沒有說什麽， 如果提及必須45天提前通知，我可以推遲搬家時間，這對我並不是urgent move. I saw her busy with letting new tenant moving in, I moved out on time with her permission. This is a pitfall I did not realize it. Good lesson!
