～～@@緊急求大家幫助！！！大雨後flood, 長黴,要求mold inspection，結果房東中止合同！！！但我不想搬家啊？？？！！！

好幾個月以前一次大雨半夜水流進屋，房東最後在我要求下找專業公司查到客廳有水，但沒有找他們治理，他自己換了客廳的強化木地板。

現在客廳2麵牆角木板（好像叫baseboard）表麵全長綠色黴，
房東把嚴重的那塊板取了，另一塊隻用 lowes 買的mold control的東西噴了。客廳地板縫隙也多處發黴，是我自己搽幹淨的，房東也不想再換地板。

2個小小孩的房間也是靠窗的牆的baseboard發黴，床下和衣櫃的地板都也像客廳地板縫隙一樣也多處發黴，是我自己搽幹淨的。


本來我都同意換上新的baseboard就好了，結果又發現另一個closet地板和baseboard也發黴了，所以我就要求mold inspection，結果房東不做mold的處理了，而且說我空調開得不夠，盒子堆多了，（但堆盒子的地方是mold最少的地方）要直接中止合同！！！


但我不想這麽快搬家啊，我有心裏準備他們會給漲房租，但我們在住，他們就應該除掉剩下的mold啊？兩小孩的房間當時黴味非常重了，所以我都自己花了好幾天時間清理了地板。

請問我改怎麽辦？？？？實在搬，能拒付房租嗎？ 一年合同本來8/15到期，房東今天給我30days notice，要我7/31搬家。我交了一個月的deposite，怕他們扣我錢，我應該拒付7月－8/15的最後一個半月的房租嗎？房租7/5號到期還沒有交，我從來沒有不交過房租，這最後的一個月（如果照他們要求7/31搬），或者一個半月（照lease的8/15）如果不交房租，他們來得及eviction我嗎？我在tn。

被弄成eviction我是不是很虧啊？？從此就有記錄跟我一輩子了嗎？？？？？我的信用記錄可是快900啊，有了eviction是不是找工作，找房子，申請信用卡都會有不好影響了啊？

為了防止這個，我是不是應該把我的房租交給court escrow account,這樣他們就不能evict 我了吧？？請問我可以自己去弄嗎？程序怎樣呢？要多少手續費呢？
