我與老公結婚至今九年多，無孩子，分居一年有餘。他在Virginia，我在別州。我才開始工作不足一年，收入很低，有各自銀行賬戶。沒有共同賬戶。我不需要他的support。We both are ready for divorce and going to file divorce in Virginia.

 

We are working on離婚協議 now.

 

He needs me to provide lists of my assets and my bank account information. I don’t have any assets. My only concern is my bank account information. What would they do about my bank account?Does his lawyer or court have the right to freeze my account? If my account was frozen, I cannot pay bills and rent.

 

I also want to add one term in the divorce agreement about prohibiting him to disclose my personal information on the Internet. How to address this issue in the agreement？ Thank you so much for your help.
