可以要求賠償

如果對方有home owner insurance，裏麵一般附帶責任險，覆蓋家裏所有人（有的甚至包括貓狗）在任何地方造成的傷害，打電話問對方是否有，如果有，告訴對方不用自己出錢，直接讓保險處理。

如果對方沒有home owner insurance，那麽你可以索賠。一般賠償包括
（1）property damage，褲子，自行車和其他
（2) medical expense $75
（3）pain and suffering, usually for small cuts, 3 x true medical cost, check her bill to find out the "true" medical cost
  (4) lost income, any sick time she took from work.

加起來自己算算應該有多少，然後和對方談判一個數目；不要太貪，也不要怕麻煩，談不攏就去small claim court告，大概一兩千還是可能的。
