哪裏沒看懂？

得到繼子的撫養權，The first is for the stepparent to marry or enter into a legal domestic partnership with one of the stepchild’s biological parents，

The second is for the stepparent to formally adopt the stepchild （就是上麵說的）

但第一個同樣合法啊？
