Suggestion about where I find a lawyer about child's support

Hi everyone,

I got divorced in Indiana and my ex should pay me a certain amount of money every month for my son's child support. He has not paid me for two years and I plan to find a lawyer to get the child support. He lives in Hawaii and I currently live in Illinois. I need to contact the court where we got divorced.

The question is where I should find a lawyer:  Indiana or Illinois? Which one works better?

Is there a way I transfer the case to Illinois court?

In addition, can I ask the court to state that I can take my son to China on the court order?
