California and Texas are not sharing driving records

CA is not part of the compact.  see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-Resident_Violator_Compact    So technically one can keep two DLs and two separate driving records.

即使LZ在兩個州內都有居住一些時間，法律上一個人隻能有一個永久居住點，理論上兩個駕照裏麵有一個是虛假信息。具體犯了那個法律，我沒時間去看這種小動作。
