I suggest that you stay there untill they sue you
to the court.

Then you can have chance to complain in front of judge
without your paying the fee.

If you lose, then you pay such extra layer fee (about
100$), then move out.

In such a case, at least you can have a chance to get
justice. remember the judge is usually fair!
