求幫助，現在氣死了

去年9月份，我們col-de-sac (總共5戶人家）決定consolidate整個cod-de-sac的weeds control，所以我作為代表聯係了幾家公司報價。

其中有一家公司，各方麵都不出色。價格也不低，服務也一般，所以完全不在我們考慮之內。和salesperson有過幾次郵件往來以後，我就沒考慮過他們。可是突然有一天他們來我們小區把我們的草地全噴了一遍藥水。在我們每家門口留了張service paper。我看到我們家的service paper後，當即給所有鄰居寫信，問他們誰也收到了這樣的紙。其中一個鄰居會郵件說，他看到了，但上麵寫著conplimentary。我當時看了鄰居的回信後，沒有再仔細看自家的service paper上的內容。

之後我立即給和我聯係的salesperson寫郵件，說了這事。當時他回信如下：I am sorry about that do not worry about the invoice I do not know what happened but I will find out tomorrow just dis regard that invoice. 他發了這信以後沒有再聯係過我。


所以我就沒有再把這事當回事。可是到了去年年底開始，這公司過一兩個月就會聯係我一次，要麽給我寄賬單，要麽給我打電話，我每次都打電話給他們，把事情經過說一遍，每次接電話的女的，都說會去investiage。可是每次都沒有下文。最近收到他們的又一次郵件，我仍舊把事情經過說了一遍，他們回信說：I pulled the original work orders and found them to have been audited for our services.   I have also spoke to Jeff and he had you disregard the invoices until he was able to investigate.  Mark Saagas confirmed the services through a mandatory audit process that verifies that you did indeed order the service.  I will not contact you again but the account will move to collections from this point moving forward. 

首先我確信我沒有order過service，其次我不知道Mark Saagas是誰，更不知道他們如何confirm我order過，我覺得這公司就是個強盜公司！氣死我了！

我把這事跟鄰居說了，鄰居建議我們先付了賬單，否則不知道move to collection會對我的credit產生什麽不好的後果。

但是我還是氣啊！我覺得他們就是搶錢的。用無賴的手法，先是賴我order過service，再威脅我要move to collection。我要不要爭一口氣跟他們抗爭到底？去小額法庭file一個case難不難，費很多時間嗎？每家四十幾塊錢不是什麽大事，不過就這麽莫名其妙被人坑了一次我覺得非常不爽。
