A caused water damages, then A paid me the damages.

B is contracted to do the work (paid by A). But B caused damages during work. B was paid by A already.
But B needs to pay his damages. B hasn't finish work yet.

My question is that if B should finish entire home plus paying his damaged tiles?

I did not get any money from A or B.
