I got trouble.  Please help me.

I rented a 2 bdroom apartment.  Two months ago I rent one room to a girl. No agreement.  One month ago she bring her mother move in.  I am not agree.  Since then they did not pay rent.  So I changed lock.  Now they said they will sue me.  What I can do?
