401K loan is different from regular loan

401K loan is different from regular loan. Actually I am ok for them to declare the default, for 401K loan, that just means early withdraw, I need pay the tax and 10% penalty and I already did that(I paid $14K to IRS). But they still ask me to pay back the loan, that is not correct.
