第一次做seller financed house sale
地點:北加州.
文件有:
1) california residential purchase agreement
2) seller financing addendun and disclouse
由雙方的專業agents 起草, 然後,去title company to close.

請教:
1) 上麵做的這些工作夠不夠?
2) 需不需呀再請律師把關?
3) 若需律師,能否推薦一二個.
