我朋友半年前在西海岸買一旅館 花了600萬美元。 朋友人在中國, 當時是由別人代理作買前的調查, 現在發現上了當, 買了以後才
發現county assessed value (for property tax purpose) is only $3,100,000. Just half of the purchase price. I talked to county
assessor about this and he said assessed value and market value are not same but should be close.. My friend already paid half
of purchase price and need to pay the rest half by the end of this year. In this case, does my friend have any chance getting some
money back? Thanks.
