難道你酒醉後被強奸，對方來打電話來騷擾你，你說你不是證人，隻是受害者，法律就不保護你嗎？

不要把對方當中國人，先把對方當一個人看待，公事公辦。如果你不是中國人，對方會這麽猖狂地騷擾你嗎？

我讓你去和他們的律師聯係，就是因為對方律師知道以下法律。騷擾證人和騷擾受害者都是犯罪。對方律師會告訴他們停止的。如果對方還來打擾你，你去找當地的檢查機關：www.attorneygeneral.jus.gov.on.ca/english/service_standards/service_standards_victim_services.asp
