每個人都有起訴的權利，關鍵是找到合理的理由（legal basis）

我不在乎爭論的輸贏，關鍵是看你起訴是否能嬴。你的起訴書的法律依據是什麽？去找合同,bylaws或者法律條文，然後把對方的做法和法律依據對比，然後再來和我辯論。Such as:

1. the HOA bylaws provides: (a), (b), (c).
the state law provides: (d), (e), (f)

2. the HOA breached the bylaws:
regarding (a) HOA did this and that, (provide five W's: who, what, when, where, how);
(b) those and others, 5xW;
(c)....
the HOA violated state law
regarding (d)...

This is what lawyers do for you. 不要不無邊際地杜撰一堆似是而非的道理，那不是嬴的方法。
