Don't stick to one agent

My experience is not to stick to an agent at early stage.

Go to www.realtor.com or other web-based source to check information, even if you've already sticked to an agent. Anyway, never trust anybody who promise you'll get a good deal. Always keep your eyes open. If you found someone who doesn't give you full info, fire him/her without mercy.
