Boundary for elementary school and high school can be different

In rural areas there might only one or two high school for every county, if you lived in those areas, you might think everyoe ends up in the same high school.

but in urban counties in the Northeast (or maybe even CA), one couties might have several high schools. The map does not neatly fall on the same line across hierarchy because the size of elementary school and high school are different.

The families won't cause trouble because all the maps are already published for years and they should have known it since elementary school.
